Current Titles

Current titles identify the current owner and all outstanding interest in the property including mortgages, caveats, easements, builders' liens and other registered interest.

What is required to order the current titles?

1. Legal Land Description - consist of three elements (Plan number, block number and lot number), or
2. Title Number, or
3. Physical Address - If you do not have the legal description, our office can search by the municipal address as well. However additional chargre will incur as an additional search is required. 

Cost is $20.00 per title.

Historical Title

​A historical title will let you know who owned the property before the current owners.

Certain pieces of information may be required including:

1. Legal Land Description - consist of three elements (Plan number, block number and lot number)
2. Reference Title Number
3. Name of the owners (in certain situation)

Depending on when the title was cancelled, some historical titles must be ordered from the relevant Land Titles Office. Please contact our office if you need assistance.

Cost is $20.00 per title.

Document Copies

Photocopies of documents available to order include copies of easements, utility right of ways, mortgages, caveats, etc. 
The 9 digit registration number must be provided to place the order. 

If you are looking for documents that are registered prior to 1975, please be aware that additional processing time might be required for these documents.

Plan Copies

Registered plans of survey can also be ordered at our office. You will need one of the followings:

1. Plan Number
2. Legal Description (Alberta Township Survey (ATS))
